4 Flax Egg = 4 Tbsp ground flax + 12 Tbsp water
1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Make your 4 Flax Eggs by adding your flaxseed and water in a small bowl and side aside.
Whisk the vegan butter, brown sugar and white sugar together in a large bowl. Add the flax eggs and vanilla, continue to stir together.
Now add the flour and cocoa. Add the salt and baking powder and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Line a 7 x 11 pan with parchment paper and pour in your batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes, remove from oven and leave to harden.
Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool for half an hour before serving.
